The Delta Children's Museum will sponsor and bring to the Delta a 2,400 sq. ft. family-oriented "hands-on" children's exhibition called "Predators" for a three month exhibition stay located in the Greenville Mall. Malkin Gallery The Greenville Arts Council will begin their gallery calendar with an event that features three Greenville natives; Katie Byrd, Elizabeth Barenis, and Shelby Nunnery. Though all three women are from the Greenville area, their use of mediums is very unique. Gallery openings are free events and open to the public. Artwork will be available for purchase. The first speaker in the 2012 series will be Mr. John Ruskey, founder and and owner of the Quapaw Canoe Company in Clarksdale, MS will talk about the Flood of 2011 and his adventures on the Mississippi River.
