Delta Children's Museum Presents "Predators" Exhibit

January 13th to April 15th

CITY: Greenville, LOCATION: Greenville Mall. The Delta Children's Museum will sponsor and bring to the Delta a 2,400 sq. ft. family-oriented "hands-on" children's exhibition called "Predators" for a three month exhibition stay located in the Greenville Mall. Times of operation will be Tuesday-Saturday, 9a.m.-5p.m.; Sunday 1p.m. - 5p.m.; The museum will be closed on Mondays.  http://www.deltacm.org

Daughters of the Delta Art Gallery Opening

January 13th to February 17th

Malkin Gallery The Greenville Arts Council will begin their gallery calendar with an event that features three Greenville natives; Katie Byrd, Elizabeth Barenis, and Shelby Nunnery. Though all three women are from the Greenville area, their use of mediums is very unique. Gallery openings are free events and open to the public. Artwork will be available for purchase. Opening reception Friday, January 13th (5:30pm-7:30pm)

Speaker on the Flood of 2011 at Winterville Mounds

February 4th

Wildlife Tasting Seminar

February 4th

 Bring a wildlife dish and that will cover any admission fee! Drinks and desserts are provided with the meal. Raffle tickets may be purchased for a chance to win an item. Speaker TBA. Contact 662.332.0524 for more information or the Washington County Convention Center at 662.332.0488.

Turkey Federation Banquet

February 23rd

Enjoy a fabulous turkey dinner, along with live entertainment, door prizes, and a silent auction. Along with the purchase of a ticket, a membership into the Turkey Federation is included. Delta Perspectives Art Gallery Opening

February 24th to March 23rd

 Gallery Opening, Rodger D. Malkin Gallery  Opening reception on Friday, February 24 (5:30pm-7:30pm) Last year we traveled around the world; this year we are featuring our home. A variety of local artists will share their mediums and how Delta landscapes have inspired their work. Gallery openings are free events and open to the public. Artwork will be available for purchase.
